The handover of the Black Planet Award 2011 to Tsunehisa Katsumata, Masataka Shimizu, Toshio Nishizawa as well as to other responsible people and major shareholders of the energy supply group TEPCO in Tokyo in June 2012 organised by the ethecon foundation.
